PopHealthMap (formerly HSRA)
Population Health and Environmental Risk Mapping
Overview
PopHealthMap (formerly the LSA Health and Social Risk Assessment Engine) is a tiered system that supports both screening-level population risk characterization and permit-grade, receptor-based health risk assessments using CA-OEHHA-aligned methodology and EPA-provided environmental data.
Our dual-methodology engine replicates California Air Resources Board (CARB) HARP2 health risk calculations using CA-OEHHA 2015 guidance. It calculates cancer risk and hazard indices for populations exposed to air toxic emissions, validated against HARP2 to 5 significant digits precision.
By combining EPA AirToxScreen data with CA-OEHHA methodologies, we provide comprehensive health risk analysis for environmental permitting, CEQA compliance, community air monitoring, and rural health transformation programs nationwide.
The full product site, state-by-state coverage, and live demos are available at pophealthmap.com.
